Parent Partner Program

As your child’s first and most important teacher, we invite you to partner with us on your parenting journey. One of our Parent and Family Educators will set up a visit with you. Our vision is to help you reach your parenting goals to encourage your child’s healthy growth and development. 

Home Visit Content:

• Parent-Child Activity: Each visit may include an activity to complete with your child that you can recreate at home on your own. Visits will also include a book and/or literacy-focused activity.

• Parenting Topic: Visits will focus on a specific topic that is relevant to your child’s development

• Personal Goals and Resources
: We will help you identify your family and parenting goals and connect you to helpful community resources.
